An absolute siege to try and buy anything off. Needed a washing machine (in a hurry as you’d expect) none in stock and trying to buy anything that was in stock was like an obstacle course. Same happened when our tumble dryer packed up. Most recently when we went in with my son, he was looking a VR headset that he was going to spend his own hard earned money on to be told no no no we don’t stock that by the member to staff running away from us. So as I have done on all of these occasions I just pop down to Argos and buy easily and hassle free. I will never be back through the door
I went in to buy an iPhone and had picked up the one I wanted and told a bunch of standing sales people that I want to buy this iPhone and they were like oh will send the man to you and turns out he never came so waited half an hour only for a lad in pink walking about with a board saying wait for 20 mins as he serves another customer and I was back in 20 mins and same story all over again but this time he says the guy who was supposed to serve is on the break and said he couldn’t do anything help. Lost a customer! Cheers.

Hopeless staff and useless management.
Was an absolute handling trying to get them to sell me a TV, it was as if they didn’t even want to help. In fairness there was one girl there seemingly doing all the work, but the rest of the staff were standing about picking their noses and absolutely blanking me and other customers.
0/10 would not recommend.
