On 27/5th we went to currys and spent over PS1000 on a new TV and sound bar . we paid for delivery and FULL SET UP , arrived unpacked and got one channel going , said it’s that a great picture I agreed and they were gone like scalded cats no demonstrating to us how to work it , when we tried to change channels we found there were none we had quv or zero ,we tried to put on the free sat box the picture was so bad its unwatchable. Rang the fitters up no can come back well set up a service visit they failed to do that so 3 fails so far . I had to ring customer service and engineer came Tuesday pronounced the TV was not working as faulty what now well you have to ring customer service again fail 4.rang customer service 2me 1 my son all 3 times the request to replace the TV was more than these foreign people could cope with as it’s outsourced to a foreign land so they say hold on for 2 minutes while we speak to manager then they hung up everytime fails no’ 5 6 and 7. We then try 2visits to the store that week zero ,WE again must ring the maker and get them to come out , not true by the way fail8.. Maker will not come out unless we get Infront of the TV and set it up ourselves which is why we paid the PS45 set up fee as that byond us fail 9 . We then sort advise and found all this was unnecessary as under the consumer protection act 2015all we had to do was send a recorded letter or hand deliver one taking a photo of placing it into the manager’s hands , he then arranged to collect the goods on the tuesday but they somehow went to the wrong address and fail10and it CANT BE ALTERED. Fed up my son loaded it into the car and we took it back next day, we finally got a full refund .. All companies have errors but it’s how they put them right is how that company is seen and judged . We judge Curry’s a 100%fail on aftersales service and neither we nor any of our extended family will be shopping here again , we can only hope and recommend you do the same

Literally just left the site in the retail park with sheer disappointment…. in all fairness to the gentleman who approached me after 2 mins to see if I needed help, I literally said “not this second, but I definitely will in a matter of minutes”… after that, curtains… 15mins I waited with no acknowledgement, u even went in the middle of the aisle leaning on the pillar legs and arms crossed, and 2 employees looked at me, and walked off to what they were doing which was relabelled some stuff..
Even when leaving 3 were by the customer service desk chin wagging and not even a goodbye or did you find what you come in for acknowledgement.

I work in car sales, and if this was a mystery shop, 1. I definitely would have score my experience a 1/10 and 2. I wouldn’t have a job.. even though I wasn’t dressed like I usually do, (came out the gym) I actually came in yesterday with my partner and confirmed with a great employee yesterday it was either the 55 or 65 2024 QNED LG tv I was coming for after I went to the scrap yard.. but now all has been tarnished and I’m now off to john Lewis to see if there’s anything there… utterly disappointed, and it’s not as if i don’t stand out. I’m a 6ft 4 rugby player

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bought a laptop in March . Had so many issues with it since. Avoid avoid avoid these guys- they just want to make a quick sale. Extremely dishonest company.

I’m writing a new review since my old one above : once again had issues with it. Turns out they sold me an awful laptop with hardly any RAM- but never explained this. these guys are so dodgy be very careful. I would never buy from them again – never. They are your typical s***** salesmen. All they want is their bonus and don’t care about the customer at all. Just want to advise that’s all. Be careful.
