Staff are very rude and at times patronising if you hit it lucky and get the right ‘know it all’. Till staff don’t open their mouth to greet you or engage in any conversation. When they’ve finished serving, I just say OK bye then, and they look at you in disgust. On my last visit I actually had one girl in the middle of serving me just walk away from the till in the middle of the transaction and walk to a different till in the middle of the shop floor. After a few minutes, I started looking over my shoulder to see where the hell she had went, and she was just staring at me from a different till. I said, “Do you want me to go over to this till”?? She managed to mustar enough energy to respond “yeah” with an eye roll. I really felt for the poor wee pet having to provide customer service to the common public such as myself.

The Employees are the laziest people I’ve ever seen. The alarm went off on the door and none of the employees realised or reacted to it saw multiple people leaving as I don’t think anyone would like to listen to annoying beeping noise for 10 minutes straight as that was how slow they reacted. They didn’t seem to want to sell anything and were all sitting there chatting and laughing. No effort to do what they were hired to do and the two or three that sat there doing absolutely nothing could have done something.

Called to look at new TV. Asked at desk for assistance as there was no staff in TV area.
A very pleasant young man ( Evan) came and assisted me with all the information I needed, he was also able to explain the main points and differences in the sets I was looking at.
Price has changed since looking on the website before visiting. I have found the same set at the original price elsewhere, but the website claims they will price match. So I will check before I make a purchase.
