Some friendly and very helpful staff,likely let down by what they can actually do to be allowed to help. 2 laptops purchased here one has broken 3 times the second twice. They wont replace them just keep offering to try and fix them. Costing me money each time and very difficult trying to contact this store as they dont have a number. Whilst fighting cancer i would of now paid more to just have bought either laptops anywhere else.
I checked on-line to make sure they’re store had what I wanted in stock before travelling the 20 miles it said it was but when I asked shop assistant they didn’t have it and said it would take a week to order one told me I would be quicker ordering online, my daughter had already tried but couldn’t get to where you pay that is why I tried the store total waste of my time and petrol
Went in to purchase a new cooker , on entry a member of staff came over and commented on my polo shirt from a famous football team . When we decided on the cooker to purchase we searched to find same said member of staff and received a fantastic service and left fully satisfied. Thoroughly recommended
