Browsing all the laptops on display, it was hard to choose as I didn’t want to pick the wrong one. That was until a wonderful lady came to assist me. She was friendly, knowledgable and took the time to explain and show us which laptops were best for specifically what I wanted. The delivery arrived early and I couldn’t be more happier! The laptop is a beauty! Now I can begin pursuing my dream career and when I get there, remember Currys is where it all started. Thank you to the lady who helped me decide
Staff are always very nice and polite. My only criticism would be the incredibly convoluted online order/store pick up process is. It’s quite ironic that a tech store has probably the most archaic way of offering a simple ordering process that even supermarkets have bettered.
I’ll change to 5 stars if the process is streamlined and brought up to date.
Our Samsung TV went wrong after 2 and half years so still under Samsung warranty. Curry’s sorted it all out for us. Very helpful staff and particularly when we went to pick it up as finding the lead turned out to be a bit of a process. Good service.
