Went to Currys for an SD card so I asked the assistant if the card I chose would work for my cctv camera he said yes it would but when installed it said the card wanted formatting so I googled it and it takes 30secs on a computer so I took it back to Currys to see if they would format it for me as they sell computers and repair them but oh no the lady at the counter said they don’t do that sort of thing she was as much help as a chocolate fireguard so I went to a local computer repair shop and they done it free of charge to be honest I won’t be using Currys again only if I’m very very desperate

Nice big store with lots of things to look at.
It’s always good to be able to see the products you buy, especially expensive ones.

They have lots of staff floating around ready to help.

I had to go to the customer service desk as there was nobody on the tills but they helped me as if it was the main desk.

Staff were great, I like how Curry’s has a good amount of helpful staff in store.

Very pleased as always.

I really get annoyed when millennials show up and show out, like Mr. Tom here behind the till. While thinking outside of the box was not his forte, sarcasm, tunnel vision, and a lack of customer orientation was the order of the day. Luckily, there were adults there who are extremely reliable, kind, considerate, and understand the power of customer loyalty.
