I can’t say thank you enough to a wonderful young lady named Asia. I had a problem with my phone and I couldn’t find a way to rectify it. She was brilliant and patient with me. It took a while but she recovered all my data, contacts images, everything I thought I had lost.
I wanted to give her something but they are not allowed gratuities. I couldn’t give her a hug because I didn’t want to be arrested. So all I can do is say a big THANK YOU ASIA.

This store isn’t as big as wednesbury but is nicely located in Princess Alice retail park and for its size has a really good range of products. The staff here are in my opinion the best staff I’ve dealt with. Their product knowledge is excellent and their customer engagement is impeccable.

A couple of weeks ago I purchased a refrigerator for my cakes I bake at home, I needed help and advice to which one will be suitable for me. I can’t thank a wonderful young lady called Fiaza enough, for her fantastic service. She was so helpful, professional and patient with me. She explained all the information we needed and left us feeling happy with a wonderful shopping experience.
