Absolutely shocking service. spent over PS700 in 10 mins to buy a tv, box was battered, was assured it would be ok. got the tv home and a massive blue line was on the screen, took it back the following morning only to be greeted with attitude. still cant work out why its my fault. then waited 35 minutes for them to “screen” the tv even though the second it was plugged in was quiet clearly a massive blue line down the middle. i was happy to pay more for a better tv but this again was greeted with attitude and POOR product knowledge being told she wasnt sure what QLED OR OLED was.

anyway at least the service and attitude was consistently bad. we have been saving up to buy our tv and now need to start again and even have to wait 3-5 days to get my own money back

Terrible. Waited 15 minutes to be told that something that the website said was in stock was not in fact in stock. The assistant did not appear to consider it worthwhile to treat me as a human being by, for example, apologizing or offering any alternative suggestions. Overheard one customer being told that the delivery error they had experienced couldn’t be fixed, and another being sold an incredibly expensive “extended warranty”. Shouldn’t have trusted an eletrical appliance store that can’t even keep its own automatic doors working. Bought online, but not from Curries.

This is a good-sized store with most appliances/devices you could need on display.
These days we order so much on-line but curry’s gives you the opportunity to view/test the item first, not many places left you can do that these days, although I’m sure the cost of stores must be wayyyy more than they pull in revenue…there’s hardly any customers in the store and I’ve been in a few times now albeit usually in the evening.
I was asked by staff if I needed any assistance, but no pestered – which is the way it should be.
The store was very clean.
