Went in my lunchtime to buy a Samsung smart watch as my old one had broken. I needed some advice first as there were quite a few on display.
I went in search of assistance. I can only guess it was the store manager I was waiting patiently near whilst he was talking to look like a member of his team. He didn’t even acknowledge me with a nod or eye contact. He finished speaking to his staff member then just looking at me, and I explained my need for assistance. He abruptly said wait by watches, and I will send someone when I have someone free. At that point, I nearly left the store. His tone and deminure were not customer friendly at all. I did make my way to the watches, and about 5 minutes later, Alistair arrived. He was so friendly and helpful, and I think he could give the manager a few lessons in customer service. I took Alistair useful advice and purchased my watch from him. When in a customer facing role, a smile and polite conversation is all I expect, even if you are busy.

Customer service in this branch’s absolute rubbish so rude they don’t know anything about customer services how to look after customers i bought a tv with the bracket ask for straight bracket but wasnt the right one i went back after few hours same day, took back the bracket was still in the box and had receipt ask to change or refund they didn’t accept management in this place so bad not helpful at all they have so many bad reviews recently
Staff are incredibly disinterested at best. Queues of people waiting with only two people serving at the checkouts whilst numerous others were standing around talking to each other or even on their phones. Terrible customer service. We waited a while to get served but decided to take our custom elsewhere.
