I went to Currys at Worthing today to buy a PC. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted, but not what I needed. Becca was allocated to help me explore options.

From the moment we started chatting she took the time and effort to understand needs, and explained pitfalls and benefits of a number of options including combination deals, peripherals and upgrade options for both desk top and lap top options.

To say she was open, honest and knowledgeable on the products is an understatement.

I walked away today with a fantastic tower computer and a very nice screen and everything I needed. Having got home, unpacked and installed everything as she recommended (all trouble free as well which for a novice like me is a miracle) I’m a very happy customer.

It’s so nice to come across someone offering such great customer service. I hadn’t realised it but we were just over an hour. That was an hour well spent.

Gary the store manager is rude and has cost me PS1000 for something that is out of my hands.

If you have looked through the other 1 star reviews on here then you will take my word for what I’m about to say. I would really advise people to reconsider buying anything from this store. I saved up all my money for a year to treat my family and I to a 65 inch Samsung television. It cost me PS1000 not including the PS130 extra garunteed warranty which I decided to take. Turns out as I got home I discovered that is was faulty. I took it back and was refused refund and the arrogant and bullish store manager Gary dismissed me and said Imust have done the damage.

Seriously I’m not getting much from saying this but I just want to warn anyone before they go in this store. I have to say the other staff there are very friendly but sadly they are managed by a total clown.

I’ll be honest , I have never expected to be reviewing this store. I don’t buy lots of tech and it is not the kind of store I will go to browse. However after some research I went to purchase my new vacuum cleaner. We were served by Becka who knew everything you need to know about this particular brand of vacuum cleaner , hint large frightening fish. The service was second to none , and don’t forget to trade in an old vacuum cleaner for 10% off. We went to get the vacuum cleaner because the week before we had bought a new phone from the same assistant . Our first experience at the store remember was then. We will definitely be going back for more .
