Would absolutely recommend avoiding this place.
Went in with my wife to purchase a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, went straight to the product we wanted and found a busy member of staff. We accepted that and looked for another one. As one approached we tried to make eye contact and get his attention but he decided to look down when he realised we wanted to talk and changed direction. He then went to a a distant part of the store and did nothing. We looked for another and eventually found one having a chat with the first assistant and another set of customers. Soon the the second joined in. We tried drawing attention but two of the three just looked over then returned to their conversation (not sure why all 3 needed to assist one family).
When one eventually walked away, we asked for help and were told “we’re really busy but I’ll see if the guy on the till can help you later”.
Again, there were us and one other family among three staff, not including the 3 downstairs.
As we waited one of the assistant still talking to the customers left and walked out back. After another five minutes we decided to leave and look online. In fact I’m glad we did, we bought directly from Samsung, saving PS500 with instillation and free delivery. Maybe 1 star is too low for this place, the actions of the staff there saved us a good chunk of change.

We went in to curry’s Ventura Tamworth to purchase a new Tv.

People are quick enough to complain these days but not quick enough to say when they have a good experience.
