Hi everyone,
I did purchase one yesterday from the store in Coventry, airport retail park, London Road, dpd sent one hour slot gor deliver 12:24 – 13:24, didn’t showed up… called their customer service, lies,lies,lies…, turned up to currys…, their customer service worse worse worse…, went yo the store… only one person in the customer service desk!!! Talking to one lady about personal life… asked to speak to someone, she said she was the only one available…and wait…, I asked after the store manager, they referred me to the lady whe welcomed me when I entered the store … I explained to her “again”my dilemma… she referred me again yo the desk of customer service…no service at all… I asked go speak to the store manager, she ssid he was not in today… the I hold her yo ask their shipping company to return to her the item they didn’t delivered to me …and by !
I will never ever by from them….

It wasn’t busy but I still couldn’t get a member of staff to help me with a purchase of a microwave.
When I visited there were 3 members of staff just stood at the door not sure why but it isn’t my store to worry about.
The store is well laid out with a lot of choice but it’s a shame that it appears there isn’t enough staff to run it.
I went home and purchased my microwave online and collected the same day from the Leamington store only to find it was damaged so returned it for a full refund .
It would’ve been good from a customer service point of view if a free home delivery of the replacement was offered on a day suitable for me but nothing was offered.
Moan over, it’s not all doom and gloom as there is
A really good Television display from small ones to over 75inch ones.
Lots of parking and easy access for wheelchair users, clean and tidy.

Very disappointed. I have been having issues with an LG appliance and getting nowhere with LG themselves. I went back into store to get some support from Currys as I believe they should be concerned that they are selling an appliance that was not fit for purpose. I was interrupted halfway through explaining my problem to be told by the general manager to go to trading standards as there was nothing Currys could (or would) do. I was also told to tell them that ‘Currys have been great’. Currys have not been great. They will not give me a refund as they are only concerned about getting their money back from LG, not helping me get mine back.
