I had a very bad experience visiting your store. I want to give a gift to my sister Iwatch series 9. so, I asked one of your colleagues to check stock. She checked and told me that they need to do online order because it was out of stock and when I told her I would like to go to a different store she became rude. She’s a Indian old lady. Bought a fridge/freezer and had it delivered – fantastic experience!
In store, there are two older chaps who really know their stuff and offer all of the specs/inside knowledge etc you need to get the right product…
…but the delivery men were brilliant – bringing the huge appliance up several flights of stairs.
Overall, reminds you that Amazon CAN be beaten by a really great in-store experience.
