Today I came to this store to buy a laptop for my company. Knowing in advance which model I need, I asked the store employee if I can buy a laptop, but I need it for the company and to have a receipt for the company.
The worker who served us told us that he would issue me all the necessary documents in the name of the company without any problems.
But after I paid for this laptop, he said that he could not give me documents for the company and gave me a simple check. Then, I got indignant and asked to come to the store manager, to which the manager began to defend the lying employee.
I am very sorry that I did not see the name of the person and the manager who served me.

Came in here on Sunday looking to buy a camera. The staff couldn’t have been less interested or helpful.
We asked the first staff member we came to if he could go through the options with us, he half heartedly pointed us at the cameras (which we were standing by) and said have a look. We looked at one and all the alarms went off. It took them a good 3-4 mins of blaring alarms to turn it off.
We then asked another staff member to help us out with the various options and she pointed at one camera. When I asked her how many megapixels it was, she said she didn’t know and then proceeded to scroll through her phone, show something to a colleague and have a social chat about her Instagram. We left.

I went to report an item under warranty. Mr. Jamen was most helpful and resolved my issue in minutes. I have previously been assisted by Mr. Jamen. Seeing him in the store today, I felt very confident that my concerns would be addressed. Yet again, he did not disappoint. He is very efficient and very knowledgeable & an excellent
salesman.
He introduced us to Mr. Sanjay, another brilliant salesman. We ended up buying Macbook Air Pro 15.6″ laptop, laptop cover, wirreless keyboard & mouse.
