Absolutely awfull!
The way this company dealt qith my PC repair is just unexeptable.
Let me explain:

I came with broken PC that I bought in Curry’s in the past. My guarantee expired but was happy to pay the repair fee.
They took my pc for 2 weeks. Returned saying that it is all done (pure lie), even though I got messages that they couldn’t fixed it few days earlier and got promised a letter with explanation (I received) .
When I plugged the PC back I home, it wasn’t working. When I came back to the shop they where not helpfull at all. I was Demanding the letter of issues and refund.
Next day I got a call that the reason it was fixed is: “we don’t fix this model anymore”
How ridiculous is this?

If you can’t fix this model why did you take it in the first place?!?!?!
How can you not fix a PC bought in your store?
Why did you made me lose 2 weeks?
Who will give me back my income for 2 weeks I was not able to work?
Why did you lie that is was fixed?

The worst customer service / repaire process I have seen in my life.

I would give 0 star if I could.

Honestly curry’s shop in general is a joke. 0 help I have been trying to get refund for a month now. Going in circles. Finally had send it for refund and I got exchange?! So now again for three weeks I’m trying to sort out refund. I have been in store ( Hemel ) 3 times – manager ignore me when I was standing 1m away and he was on his phone ( didn’t come up to me when I specifically asked to speak to him).
I have bought it online so I’m trying to request refund again online and they say go to the store. I go to the store and they say they can’t take it in store??? It’s in original packaging in wrapping and everything. This whole company it’s a joke I really hope they can replace it with a better company cause it’s a waste of space.

Had the pleasure of meeting a really nice guy at curry’s in kings Langley called Patrick.
He was very helpful and because of him we bought a Sony TV for over PS600 and took the insurance warranty as well.
A true mature lad for a 20 year old and a credit to his mum and dad as well as his employer Curry’s.
A university student working part time and very helpful indeed , which was a pleasant surprise for once in the retail sector.
Well done Patrick and we will be back .
