What a total waste of time. Paid for delivery of new cooker. Delivery due Wednesday and the driver forgot to put our item in the van so our order was CANCELLED without any contact from them.
Order was reinstated and we asked for a time slot for Saturday. The store colleague thought that we should be grateful that we wasn’t being charged extra for a Saturday delivery!
Took a day off work on Saturday and they still haven’t arrived.

Like to try and use stores and not always go on line.
Went to buy radio alarm and found one I liked.. Guy with ipad told me he would send someone to serve me. Several staff appeared to be doing nothing. Waited so long had chance to google item, realise I could get it cheaper on line and also chance to read reviews and find it wasn’t much good anyway. Left store, nodding goodbye to guy who was supposedly finding someone to serve me and went home and bought one on line. So much for supporting local business.

Really disappointing ‘service’. Was trying to buy a new vacuum cleaner, but we could try any, there was noone around to help. After waiting 20 minutes, someone did attempt to help. However, they couldn’t workout how to attach a battery to a cordless vacuum, in the end resorting to just asking me, ‘So what’s the question about this vacuum anyway?’
More expensive than online and worse service. Needless to say, we walked out without making a purchase.
