I bought something that was supposed to be on a deal, as the advertisement was right in front of it. After I paid, I checked my receipt because in my head the numbers didn’t add up and it turned out the deal wasn’t added. That’s whatever, these things happen, but don’t advertise a deal you’re not going to honour. The main problem came when I went to the “returns” desk. There was one bloke on and he would only deal with collections (the group in front of me dealing with that seemed to be having a terrible time too). When someone else came to the desk I was told, after waiting for 15 minutes, that the other desk is the returns desk. If that’s the case, then call it that. I then had to wait another 5 minutes for someone else to come to that desk. There were a lot of staff, but a lot of them didn’t seem to be doing much. Apparently it takes three people to do a phone call and two people to look at a faulty computer. I blame management.

A small chest freezer for PS149, none in stock only a damaged one which we could take home that was on display and he offered a whopping PS7 off! 5%, Really!!!!! What an insult.

Oh and the same one next to it that wasn’t damaged we couldn’t have? As it wasn’t for sale?

The place is massive and has absolutely nothing to buy. I have no idea how this company still exists?

Looked for a phono lead which they didn’t have. A phono lead! Really?

All their interest in is selling large TVs and overpriced hoovers.

I can see why internet shopping has overtaken this piss pot firm. What is the point of having a shop that’s bigger than Anfield stadium and you’ve got nothing to collect there and then?

I’d say the only thing it’s worth for is possibly looking to see what you want then buying it online. Oh and keeping warm and dry in the winter months.

My wife bought a mobile phone here and I went to collect it two days later. I arrived at 10 a.m., but no one was at the mobile phone section. After waiting 10 minutes at the collection counter, a member of staff told me the mobile phone staff did not start until 11 am. It was 11:15am. before they actually arrived. I had to wait another 10 minutes while he found the phone in the store room.
There were no signs saying the opening times for the mobile phone section were different from the rest of the store.
