Went to purchase a coffee machine, was told it wasn’t available in store, but they could order it in to collect a couple of days later. If I wanted it delivering to my home address I would have had to pay for delivery, even though their the ones who didn’t have it available! this has changed in the past couple of months? When I returned a faulty printer. I paid them by gift vouchers, which took ages, as he was using a tablet, so couldn’t just scan them, so had to manually type all the bar code and pin numbers in, the machine wouldn’t accept it, tried another machine this was the same, but it had taken the value of the gift vouchers, so after wasting half an hour, they had to give me a cash refund. Was told it was probably sold out, even though it was showing as being in stock. This isn’t the first time I’ve had similar issues with Curry’s. Do these stores not hold any stock anymore? I can understand why people buy most items online after that experience.

Went to buy a monitor. Nice selection on show is not huge but ok.
I turned two on so I could see the picture and had to root around the boxes below to read the specs of the 3 that had boxes under the shelf as only the price was displayed.
Looked around for help and it was like looking for snowflakes in June. so I went outside to get my phone to Google the models.
Lost interest so I ordered a monitor from Ebuyer. That was a good shopping experience.

Should have gone to Currys in Skegness as they know how to do customer service.

Same old story… went in to buy a washing machine… The one we wanted wasn’t available for delivery. It was collection only which was no good for us… They accept the NHS blue discount card but unless you spend over PS350 you won’t get a discount you just get a PS15 voucher which again was pointless.. purchased elsewhere.
