CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY APPAULING!! Tried to scam us by putting a price tag of the product we wanted to buy saying it was PS50 off. I went up to the cashier to buy it and this lady said it was PS299.99 not PS249.99. So I took a picture of the price tag that was on show and the lady was gone for a good few minutes. She then came back and it turns out she had printed out a price tag saying PS299.99 which was definitely not in the shelf at the time we saw this product. So then the manager came over and told us that if the price tag it showed on the system for this product was already on the shelf then it didn’t matter if the reduced price tag was there even though they had just printed off the PS299.99 price tag a few minutes ago. So in the end we decided to leave and what a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE we were provided with. I would highly recommend checking the price tag and taking photos of shelves as proof in the future just in case they try and do this to you!!
Use curry’s for most things , decided I wanted an Apple Watch
Lady approaches and doesn’t answer a single question but diverted off on tangents completely against what was asked
Could only look at her tablet , if I wanted to look online I would have looked online , was infact so incapable of such simple tasks as to tell me what colours they had in stock and showing me prices that way exceeded the advertised in black and white in front of me I ended the deal
Went 2 min away and actually paid more money to not receive the hassle and receive conversation from a normal person. Get a grip curry’s , ask your staff basic human questions and remove the pad out their hands, pushy and useless comes to mind
Was an Avid curry’s user, I’ll go smaller shops and spend my money, not sure if it’s a lack of training or too much

A couple of occasions disappointment.
Incompetence and a total lack of a try -to- help attitude. Yesterday I asked for a monitor. I need it for a lot of writing and wanted to see how text looks like on the screen. You know- it’s sometimes shadowing or blurry. They refused to connect the monitor to a laptop and to show me how it works. How to buy it?!!!!!
Previous time- I asked how many hours approximately is a video recorded from a dash cam with 32G card. Answers varied from 3 to 150 :))))) And some other bits and bobs that is just ridiculous to try to explain
