Poor for listening to noise cancelling headphones to compare as they are all connected via cables so you can’t hear them on Bluetooth / usbc. Some like Bose you are forced to listen to the manufacturer demo instead of your own music too!

The specific one that I came in for was broken. Waited ten mins to get help after asking (no one came) so went to another staff member to be told there was nothing they could do and I’d need to come back when they got fixed. Staff seemed ultra disinterested and a simple solution would be getting one from stock to try.

It would have been much better to get a model that I could listen via Bluetooth too.

Was told when I called in the headphone was available to try too.

Very disappointed and certainly won’t be spending PS400 quid on new headphones from here!

I called into currys last week as I was looking for a new laptop. I got talking to a member of staff Liam and I explained exactly what I was looking for. Liam was very thorough with explaining every detail to me, I don’t understand every technical term, if I didn’t understand then he would go through it all again Liam was very patient and I appreciated that very. I did buy a laptop in the end and yesterday 29th July I returned to the store to pickup my laptop as Liam had been setting it up for me which I was very grateful because I wouldn’t have known were to start, thank you Liam for all your experience and your patience you were absolutely Excellent. Definitely be using Currys again in the future.

Went to get a new phone contract, they didn’t know what the hell they were doing, putting incorrect information in, ignoring the information about my current contract, rebooted the computer 4 times which was beyond a joke. I said we can come back another day but they were determined as it was there commision.
When they finally put the information through which was incorrect but they overrode it.
After all that i still didn’t get the phone because the check was satisfied not surprised my info didn’t match what was used for my current contract.
WASTE OF MY TIME!
