Initially we were ignored by staff. Then an older guy Allan sorted us out with a new range, microwave & printer he spent ages explaining them to us. Even though he knew we were not ordering them that day. Went back two weeks later & ordered them through him. Though a bit shocked that the prices of the stuff & a microwave had increased so much in 2 weeks (fact of life now in the current climate). So scored the microwave off our list. A bit disappointed that when I went to collect the printer the box was damaged & all the lady could say was it was the couriers fault. The range was fitted by two highly professional & friendly guys (Andrew & Robert) from Curry’s who were brilliant & should have been ambassadors for Currys they could not recommend Currys as great employers enough & how Currys looked after them & cared for them. One was neurodiverse both were hard working and efficient. Made me wish I worked for Currys. Apologies for the length of this but I complain loud enough so I think I should compliment loudly too!

Really poor service. Not for the first time. We would have bought a printer today but having stood at the desk for 5 mins being ignored by the girl doing paperwork and the tall bald guy with the beard, who then went to assist another customer who had just walked in at the free checkout point, we went home and ordered from Argos.
Even an acknowledgement of “someone will be with you soon” would have been better than what we got (nothing)

They arranged to have my issues sorted very quickly, Thank heavens for cover plans mine turned out to be irreparable and I received a same model but new machine!!!!! They brought me a chair to sit on as I was feeling unwell, but they were SO QUICK I didn’t need the chair!!!! I Highly recommend Currys PC World!!!!!
