Stood first in line in q at aintree ,for at least 20 minutes ,nothing from the two girls to say they would be with me as soon as ,my problem was my 75 inch Sony that they screwed to my kitchen wall ,was coming away from the wall ,put this heavy tv up with plastic rawl plugs ,not man enough for this job ,it should have been rag bolts /steel spreading bolts which grip the concrete block and will not come out ,anyway got to the counter explained my problem ,the made notes said a member of the tec team would phone me ,and the did not ,went back the gage me a leaflet with a number on it I phone ,complete waste of time ,it lead me to Sony and the said it’s curry’s problem as they installed the tv ,go to them ,never shall I buy anything from you people ever again ,if this is your customer care ,
Really poor service yesterday. We were in the store yesterday looking for a fridge freezer and there was absolutely no staff on the floor to help.
As we were walking out there were 3 members of staff just standing talking rather than taking any notice of customers.
Really disappointed to see this in store especially when it wasn’t busy I would of thought that customers were more important
We went in for a printer for our business and was served by Zee… he was amazing so helpful and polite, a lovely young man who made our time shopping so relaxing we was so indecisive about the printers and he was not rushing and giving us pros and cons of each one. I 100% recommend him & his manager Ben and all the staff at curry’s
