Lovely store experience but dreadful delivery experience. Received a 4 hour time slot on the day I had paid for delivery on. The time passed and no delivery, the tracking said we were delivery number 14, it stopped at 11. Had a call from the delivery centre and told the next available date was in 1 week! Customer services did nothing to help and offered me a manager call back in 48 hours which is a ridiculous timeframe. This is a fridge freezer after ours broke so a week is far too long to wait. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never use Curry’s again. They even said that they can’t access my order for 24 hours to see if there is anything they can do, typical “computer says no”. So infuriating . Total waste of my time sitting in today and getting everything ready too.

Went in to buy an iron at Stockport Curry. 3young assistants stood chatting. I went over to ask if they had a specific iron in the store. Answer: if it’s not out we don’t have it. On way out spoke to a lovely lady called Judith who looked up what was in stock,adv that the only one was on display which we could have if we didn’t mind not having the box. If you want any service in this store ASK FOR JUDITH!. Not sure where customer service is but obviously these 3 have never heard the phrase!!

Very poor customer service. Went to purchase a laptop charger and I was told by 2 employees if the charger is not the correct port we are happy to refund/exchange. When I went to return the following week and the specialist customer service team member was very rude and was not allowing me to return the item and after I explained I was told I can return the item he then checked my address to see what I have purchased ik the past!Avoid this branch at all cost very rude and unprofessional
