I purchased a laptop from the Evesham store. I was happy with the person who served me. They were very knowledgeable about the laptops. I was happy with the price I paid. I purchased a laptop case with a Mouse for a very good price. I was told it would also include a free keyboard. I was told that this would have a lead time of around 1 week. I went into store today as it has nearly been 2 weeks and was told the ‘free’ keyboard was actually discontinued and was not going to be arriving at all. I was told I can bring the laptop bag and mouse back to store and have a very small discount for another keyboard of my choice. I did notice when the staff member was trying to put the sale of the laptop bag and mouse through the manager had to sort something. I do understand that businesses have targets to meet etc but you really shouldn’t be telling people stock is coming when you KNOW it has been discontinued. Very dissapointing. Will be shopping online in future.

Never had a problem or struggled with customer service. Anthony (sales manager) is a true professional who deal with customers and their queries with fantastic attitude. Easy going and helpful rest of the team.
Never had a problem… worth visiting is you are looking for an easy and smooth purchase.

I visited with my mum to try and purchase a new phone & sim change over. After 15+ hours and multiple trips to the store we achieved nothing, the plans never got swapped, and she never received the compensation we were promised for the inconvenience and errors at their end.
Save yourself the time and trouble and do it online, absolutely useless
