I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mark during my recent visit to Currys, and I cannot praise him enough. Mark was incredibly patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the product I was interested in. I brought a new gas cooker from currys I also paid for it to be installed.
The delivery men installed the cooker in doing so scorched my cupboard with the hot flame when they put pipe In, also I didn’t pay for them to take my old cooker away as I had arranged for a man to take it for there charity it came to light that the delivery men took the burners from my old cooker without asking I’m disappointed they did this as it I feel they thought they had the right to take something that wasn’t there’s it could be classed as theft if they had asked I may have given them to them I found this very poor service and taking advantage of there position as a delivery person

Bought a new freestanding washing machine and dishwasher to replace our integrated appliances, paid for installation and removal of old. Washing machine fitted and old removed, week later stayed in all day Saturday waiting for dishwasher appliance arrived in the afternoon. Engineer came in and was shown where appliance was went to his lorry to get tools came back and said I’ve only been allocated 10 minutes do you want to rebook another time slot so told him to take it back and going to get money back and will not be buying the new cooker we was going to get so not great customer service and now waiting to hear from curry’s and have to wait for a refund.
