I wanted to purchase broadband to be connected to my phone. Spoke to 1st worker who was stood by phones. Explained what I wanted. He spent the next 15mins telling me ..my phone may be old, and a whole list of reasons why I probably couldn’t purchase it. He was so arrogant, he should not be front of house. He never once looked at the computer, or pointed me in the direction of another sales person. In the end I told him I could no longer stand there and listen to him, he had told me nothing expect I may not be able to purchase. He was arrogant and had never come across a sales person in Curry’s like him. Curry’s is and has up until now been my 1st port of call for all my electrical needs. He was disgusting.
Home I eventually rang Mansfield store…told Sarah the sales person my story. She said please hold, came back with a price from Talk Talk. This took under 5mins. I told her I needed the evening to think about it. She suggested she would ring me today. WELL that didn’t either.
I’ll leave everyone to decide what my feeling are about Curry’s Mansfield. Yes your correct.

If I could give minus stars I would! The customer service was absolutely appalling -non existent even! Staff stand around chatting rather than wanting to help, it took an age to get someone’s attention. We were completely mis-sold a product and have been refused a return or exchange despite the product STILL being in its packaging and not touched, we asked for an exchange within only a few hours of it being delivered and the store manager was less than helpful, almost smug with his attitude and lack of compassion. Do not buy anything from this particular currys! PS500 down the drain. Shop at AO or John Lewis if you want an expensive appliance! (According to Currys the machine in the attached photo has been “used”)

I went to get a hoover the staff don’t wanna know the manager is rude and staff don’t know what there doing but in end ordered item with one staff been waiting 9 days for click and collect no call no email nothing to say its ready so went today and has been there since Wednesday. I said about no contact staff wasn’t bothered never been into a curry with such lazy rude staff and management he was interested in helping never going there again staff not trained good and manager needs to get more involved and not be rude awful experience
