Not normally one to leave a review like this but as I couldn’t find a way to email to complain I’m hoping someone with some authority can see this!

We visited this evening to purchase a washing machine, so we headed upstairs to find one. (Worth mentioning at this point that there was 1 other customer in the shop and about 6 members of staff who didn’t appear to be particularly busy, yet no one acknowledged us). Anyway, after looking at the full range sadly the washing machines all appeared far too wide for our cupboard, so my partner found a member of staff who was walking by to ask for some assistance. He quickly scurried past and told us he was currently with a customer which was fine, and he went downstairs to ask if someone was free to help us. We went to the front of the mezzanine to wait for assistance. He asked a boy called Jack if he was free as he appeared to be casually chatting to another member of staff, but he bluntly replied ‘no!’ and smirked. Funnily enough the smirk faded when both staff members looked up to us waiting, however neither of them decided to come and help us. We were disgusted with the attitude of the staff and so we left. We were fully prepared to spent hundreds of pounds there tonight, but we will take our business elsewhere now and won’t return. Some customer service training is definitely required!

The worst customer service I have ever received from Currys in Stafford.
Went to Currys yesterday, someone served me called Tom, absolutely has no idea how to do his job. Was completely rude to my partner and I. I was looking into getting a phone and was about to go ahead but their system crashed. No apology whatsoever. After being in there for an hour and a half because I had to go home to get my bank card which was my own fault as my partner was going to put it on his card but long story short came back with my bank card. While we were waiting to see what deals would be the best for myself, they didn’t even offer us to sit down as we were standing for a long time.
Then Tom decides to get his phone in the middle of trying to sort a contract for myself and my partner noticed he was messaging and smiling down on his phone and we thought that was utterly rude! Then turned us away because the system was still down and the store was nearly shutting and said to come back another day. No apology or nothing. We then got back in the car and noticed Tom and his colleague were finding something funny and we had taken it that they were laughing at us. Utterly utterly rude! Won’t return to this store again. I will be taking further action.
