I popped into this store during my lunch break to check out the Apple watches today. I stood at the area where these were for some time & no staff approached me to offer assistance. I then wandered around the store and got to the front where 2 staff were chatting. One said hello, said ‘are you killing time’ to which I replied that I was actually looking at the Apple watches & didn’t know where to start & his reply was ‘its a mindfield’ instead of offering assistance or help to purchase. So I just left the store a bit deflated.
Not store but I bought a washing machine online they came and installed it, left and it didn’t work. No showing me how it worked, nothing. I tried phoning but the online support is shockingly bad, told me to wait and someone will phone me. Went to store and all they can do is try customer service for me. What an incredibly shocking experience for any customer, I’ve paid alot of money, old washing machine away and a washing machine that doesn’t work. Absolutely disgusting service, Shame on Currys!!! Still no further forward

Nobody takes any responsibility.
Bought a new machine. Delivered a faulty machine. It was not powering on. They were not taking it back, waited for two days. Two sets of people came to check it. Still they were waiting for some reports. Had to make a lot of calls to do something. I asked for replacement or return.The Uddingston store says they have no responsibility.it was pathetic
