I would prefer If there was another way to write a review without even giving a one star to rate the treatment of the staff employed at the front desk at customer services at curry’s Ashton under lyne snipe retail shop. I felt humiliated and disgusted of the way I’ve been talked to by a member of your staff who didn’t even bother to look at me while I was explaining to him my issue and why I wanted to return the phone I bought 2 days ago. He tried his best to play cheeky on me and force me to keep the faulty phone that represents an eminent danger to my kid. I am a regular customer at currys. But I thank god I’ve never received a faulty appliance before otherwise they won’t even bother to accept the replacement or the return of the purchased product . Anyway, this taught me a lesson which is I assume this is the last item I buy from this shop. I regret being your customer for the last years.
P.s: try to employ smiling and polite staff at your front desks to attract costumers and teach them manners and how to treat people respectfully because you are not giving them free products but they are buying them with their hard earned money.

Terrible store. Been in twice to purchase a mobile phone and my latest effort was a 10 minute wait at the phone area where not a single member of staff came over. I then decided to order online and have it delivered to the store.

Upon collecting the phone I told somebody at collections I was here to order a phone only to be asked minutes later if it was a phone, I said yes…OK you need to collect from CPW, guess what I’m here because there’s nobody there – again. After then waiting a few more minutes, a member of staff arrived and told me they couldn’t release any phones because the system was down. I understand this was out of their control but the whole place is just rubbish and the very last place I was recommend purchasing anything from

Great experience here today. I recently bought a laptop on the Currys website but was having trouble with the software. I took it in and Gracie couldn’t have been more helpful, in the end I switched to another machine, which was no trouble. Excellent customer service.
