For a place that I shop regularly, I have to say this experience was nothing but negative. i have this time come across a manager (Renato) that was extremely unhelpful, unapologetically rude and clueless on how to deal with genuine customer issues related to the the inexperience of their staff both in the call centres, online and in store. Misleading and at times wrong information being given out willy nilly and in turn ruining a 5 year old’s birthday. Shame on you Currys and shame on you Renato!
Only found it to be a good experience when shopping here. Staff OK when you can find one to help. Did pick up a microwave oven during Covid period and it went like clock work after ordering on the internet and choosing the click and collect option. Staff very nicely brought the microwave out and placed it in my boot.
Took ages for someone to help us, but we did get a really good deal on a freezer. When we came back, one of the staff members was on the radio calling his colleagues, I think he thought we were shop lifting or something.
The staff were helpful though, they took the freezer to our car for us.
