I went to look for a TV with built-in Freeview recorder. I couldn’t make sense of the merchandising priority. I could find much product information. I couldn’t even clearly see prices. I eventually realised that some information was actually showing on the screen. It was very off putting on top of the screen picture movement.
I had to go and find someone to help and ended up at the front desk. The assistant went to find out the answer to my question and returned. The information was gratefully received and I left without any product information to share at home.

The customer service is awful. Given a phone number to call by their customer support team but only got justifications from the dtore team as to why it’s not answered. When trying to order a new phone the member of staff was not interested in finding out my needs and was monotone the intire time. He also misinterpreted my current plan in the hope I would go for a plan with more data than I require. Very poor people skills. Please remind your team, “people buy from people” so show some interest in your customers!
Went in there to buy a phone. Phone not charged up. Wasn’t allowed to take it out of its cage so couldn’t feel how heavy it was and if my mum could hold it. Three members of staff failed to give anything more than rudimentary assistance. Could have sold me an iPhone but we gave up and walked away to somewhere that was interested in selling to us.
