I visited the store on 8.5.24 at about 3.20pm and I’ve never dealt with such a rude member of staff in my life. I went in asking about my phone contract and the male member of staff at the doors was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I asked a question and he was abrupt and rude just saying “no” with no more information or reasoning given, his demeanour then turned aggressive, had an awful attitude and was pulling faces during the short conversation. I asked if his manager was around and he didn’t answer, just said that he had worked there for 15 years. I went over to speak to another member of staff, I turned around and he was laughing with another colleague at me. I can’t believe that Curry’s would tolerate and have such a rude member if staff on their shop floor representing their company. I will never be visiting this branch again as I’ve never received such awful customer service. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Disappointing

It wasn’t the worst service I’ve ever had. But given that it was early on Sunday morning, there were more staff than customers, the staff could not have been less interested. I had to queue to ask a question and was then sent off to find what I was looking for, none of the folk standing round chatting wanted to help.

When I found the item there were three on one hanger with one description. four on the next one down with another description and four underneath that with a different description again. All of the products on all three hangers were identical. I told the lad on the till and he could not have been less interested. Apparently people move them. Even though there were eleven the same! He was certainly not going to do anything about it. I could buy cheaper on Amazon and will next time.

An excellent place I’ve been for the first time.I have heard a lot about this chain of stores but everything is contrary to very good.
Basically I went to buy an electric scooter in the first hour to commute to work and I was amazed how nice and behaved the staff was with me and especially the supervisor or the team leader.
I don’t know if there are people who just gossip, but I would give 100 stars for the experience I had with them. And I will definitely come back. It is the only store that is related to technology and IT, and if you don’t know something or you are an ordinary person, the employees will not look from above you.i
