Was browsing around when a lady popped up literally from the floor and asking me about the products I was near at the time, whether i wanted corded or cordless like….er, let me browse.

When I made a decision on the vacuum I decided to purchase, she made me follow her up to the till which was quite irritating as I was trying to get multiple items and no one felt like listening.

When I finally got the items I wanted to purchase, a different lady serving me was very aggressively trying to make me sign up for warranties I didn’t want and she was asking me what my budget was etc, and I felt very annoyed that it couldn’t be a simple transaction! At least 4 times she asked me in a 5 minute transaction. In my opinion, you ask once, if its a no, then its a no! Don’t stand there wasting my time spouting off about it! I said no, end of. I very nearly walked out mid transaction, lucky I actually needed the items!!

You can tell they are on commission for the warranties, I will go to a different store in future.

Meet a young man called Jamie what a credit to the store he was very busy but stopped to help me find a TV. And at same time help sell another TV to a gentleman. Done in such a way we both felt valued customers. Because off Jamie the store sold two TV with in 10mins.
Then the young lady at the till took TV to my car. Amazing customer service.
In past not been a lover off curry’s. But because of these two outstanding staff members I will always go back to this store.

Today found out tv had a fault. Have to say the phone line help. Nit worth the 45 mins. Talking to 4 people.
So went back to store. Was dealt with a lovely young man Robert who sorted out an exchange. Instore customer service amazing. Phone customer service. So not so much.

Went in to buy a lap top had PS1500 to spend,no staff anywhere asked lady for help to be fair she was serving someone else but could have called someone over but alas no,will not use this store again will go some where they actually want to take your money.went again today give you another chance only had to wait 10 minutes when some one came over from where you were all congregating,said I’ll buy this laptop checked non in stock,do you ever have stock in this place,no wonder stores s close when you have money you supposed to be a shop but have nothing to sell,not everyone wants to wait till you get one in.
