Just collected a set up Chromebook which we purchased last week.
However the set up was incomplete because further information was required from us which we knew nothing about at time of purchase.
Dave the tech support was excellent and sorted it all out.
During the week l had no call because they had taken my number down incorrectly
I tried to call the store on four occasions during the week but you have to go through the palaver of going via the “customer hub” who were unhelpful and said on each occasion the “line was busy”.
It’s madness that you cannot contact store directly, a stupid management decision.
The two stars are for an excellent product and the excellent support provided by Dave, otherwise a very poor customer experience.

Popped into Merry Hill Branch West Mids on 5/7/24 looking for an oven.Spoke to the sales advisor Michelle who was very helpful knowledgeable and not pushy in anyway. Did not know if present oven was harried or plug , so left to find out off the plumber. Michelle had no idea I was coming back very shortly afterwards. Int hat time she had found out which ovens were plugged and which were hardwired, Popped back in the afternoon bright an oven off Michelle.
Just come back today and bough a hob off her, knew she was off over the weekend and waited until this morning to purchase. Excellent customer service which I did feed back to her manager at the time

Excellent location and size of store. Stock selection is very poor and store is not stocked properly although they have the space, poor management and that’s reflected in the service provided by the staff. Lots of staff but no one willing to help and when you do find someone who will assist you they seemed to lack product knowledge and aren’t bothered if you buy the right product or not as long as you pay for extra insurance which is being miss sold as it’s not properly explained what the cover is actually for. No wonder the physical stores are closing down when it’s easier to order online and get better information from the online sales caller’s.
