Never buy from here and never pay for the cover plan because you pay for a year without the promises of 7 day repairs and all they say is it’s because the plan doesn’t start until the warranty stops which is a year but they still take the monthly payment.
Called them to complain and got told curry’s do not compansate for anything but would give me 20 pounds as good will. Joke I had the cover as I have family of 7 so I can not be without an oven.
. I was informed that I could fit my oven myself which was also a lie as my house insurance could be void plus no shops would advice me on what wire I would need so had to pay to get it fitted. Staff on the phone was not understanding and very blunt unpleasant to talk too.

I’m in the works for a new laptop and I know my hardware a little about the internal working of laptops but I needed some help comparing i7 core against Ryzen 7. I approached a gentleman to ask who is the best tech experienced and he began to look around for someone but ended up taking care of me as I explained what it was I was looking for. Turned out Raj was the dude I needed all along, not only did he answer every question I had about the specifications of the laptop I was looking at but also gave me an in depth understanding of the hardware and how it all operates. Very knowledgeable, fantastic customer service and a great guy overall. Get that man promoted Thanks again for the help brother
Terrible customer service.. I walked in around 18.30 today thursday 1.8.24 and there was no – one to serve you. I asked the guy behind the till where is the service and he said, look at the time! So he meant to say as its late no one can be serve. This is a Selly Oak branch. Supposed to be a respectable area. This guy behind the till should not be working in a job like that where customer service is very important. So unhelpful and miserable. I would never treat customers like that. I’ve worked in Currys before.
