Poor customer service, don’t waste your time going in-store. Went in today looking to get headphones and there appeared to be nobody around to help. I then saw someone at a distance and waved at her to get her attention and then she called her colleague to see to me. When he came over I explained I wanted some advice/opinions on some earbuds and first thing he said was he can’t give me his personal advice as he hasn’t used either of the ones I had pointed out. This in itself isn’t an unfair comment, however it does demonstrate an attitude of unwillingness to serve, as he could have followed up with “however I’ll do my best to assist you” or something to that effect, but he didn’t. I then told him that was fine, can he give me some specifications and explain differences etc. This was a perfect opportunity for him to make a sale but he said he’s have to go over to the computer and check them out as their tablets aren’t currently connected to the internet. I said that’s fine then he proceeded to say “wait, aren’t you able to connect to the internet on your phone? Because all I’d be doing is comparing the specs”. At that point I just said OK and I stood there for a moment about to look but then thought I may as well just go home and order online if that’s the case. He also clearly wasn’t listening, again showing his disinterest, because I had to point out several times which items I wanted comparing but if he was listening to the fact I said I wanted earbuds, he would have known which items I was pointing to.

SHOCKING partner brought a fridge on click and collect last night so I fetched it and showed a screenshot of order then got it back home and a dent in door so took back and waited 23 min too speak too someone and as he was training another guy it took a bit of time he then wanted the full receipt that I did not have so partner had too send me a screenshot then I was told they don’t have another one but there is a more expensive one PS70 more and I said can I have it for same price he said no so I said i will have a refund then he needs a bank card too refund me so gave him mine then he said it takes a few days too go in my account. But they was quick too take the money a night before I will not use that branch again …TOO MANAGER you need more staff and do the training when you don’t have a customer who has waited 23 min as I felt like it was a setup for ant and dec Saturday night takeaway

Almost a complete waste of time. I thought I needed to see and hear a tv in order to buy it. The staff could not be bothered to show me either they could not even tell me about it they couldn’t even be bothered to tell me anything about it. I did eventually buy one but only based on how it fitted in our room. The rest of the staff? Stood in one little group having a lovely chatter so they were just a waste of time. Buy online you get a lot more information, I know I will next time.
