Purchased a set of tune beam I’ll ear buds last year on the 18th December – paid in cash as a Christmas present. Didn’t give a postcode on the till as didn’t think necessary. The one headphone doesn’t work any more so took them back under 2 year warranty.

Spoke to the woman in store – they said they’ve never even sold the blue set (they come in blue and black) they sell both colours on the website. They said they have found a transaction for a black set on the date and time I purchased them but the postcode doesn’t match so the guy on the till must have just used his own post code. Waste of time. Don’t ever purchase from curry’s. They scan stock in as whatever they want and won’t admit anything. Waste of time and money. Avoid.

Fantastic Experience!
Went in in a complete panic as my laptop at home had finally died after 8 years. Asked Ben (The Gaming Expert) for his help as I’d seen a laptop online, but I wasn’t certain if it was going to cope with the games I play. He was very chatty and informative, and had a really great customer approach. He found me a new laptop cheaper than the one I had originally found but that was much higher spec and would definitely work for me. Walked out with a excellent new laptop, and would definitely return here if I needed anything else.

Returned a damaged microwave a day after purchase to be told a new one would be brought to store and i would receive a phone call informing me. Currys never contacted me although they quite happily kept the money. Went into store a month later, the microwave had just been sat in the store. Its price had actually been reduced whilst I had been without and this wasn’t mentioned when I went to collect. They were going to be happy just charging the older, higher value. No apologies from any staff members. They all acted like I was the issue. Don’t ever buy from the store. Go in find what you want and order online.
