Can’t believe the disappointment. So visited curry’s tonight to go and look for / purchase a new camera. The old curry’s I remember you could barely walk in the door before you were being offered assistance but tonight this was a different story. Luckily I took an expert with me so I spent 25 mins browsing the cameras and was still suprised no one checked in. Finally I was ready to purchase and so excited to have picked out a camera. There was 7 members of staff scattered around the help desk. As I walked up to 2 of them walked off and I even joked of how I must have been invisible. The next two walked straight past. Finally we flagged down someone who told us they were all busy and it would be a 15 min wait (by this time the shop shut in 20). Normally I would understand this but at this point there was still lots of staff stood around looking bored. Another customer was also looking for someone and both of us were attempting to get assistance. I was surprised considering the other customer was looking at a big tv and me a camera that they would have been eager to get these sales through. By this point I had enough and figured I wouldn’t give them the satisfaction of saying they sold a camera. So we left and purchased elsewhere. From working in customer service I get how hard it can be but you have to at least have some effort rather than making customers feel like a burden, invisible and inconvenience. So really disappointed with this!

I visited for some advice on laptops. After a long wait/looking around for someone to help I was put with Omarii (I hope I remembered right)
I can’t honestly put into words the knowledge this guy has. There wasn’t a single question he couldn’t answer about the different types of laptop or comparisons between them and Apple. He took probably 40 minutes talking to me, bantering, giving me advice on what to do and I could be more grateful. He said he was off to university soon and wish him all the best and hope he gets to see this as thanks.

Couldn’t help us enough.
