I bought a HP Envy 360 convertible laptop, which cost me PS799 at 2/6/22. I wasted my money as my laptop broke by itself without any reason. I rarely used this laptop, and when i did it was only used by me. It is not fair to spend that much money on a laptop that’s so fragile, im not prepared to have to buy a laptop each year
Absolutely do not recommend it
It was the first laptop that i bought from hp, and it will definitely be the last. If i were to try and get it fixed, it would surely cost more than the laptop itself. Honestly, if you want to buy a laptop, this is not the place.
Now, my questions to HP company “do you manufacture your products with a specific shelf life?
Do you use a cheap materials to make an expensive HP laptops?

I went with a friend who wanted speakers. The guy who greeted us told an assistant to serve us. I was confused as to why he didn’t serve us because he served someone else and then was on his phone the whole time we were there. If he was a manager then I am surprised. He isn’t setting a good example and clearly didn’t want to serve us. Even if he wasn’t a manager he wasn’t professional in my opinion. However the assistant who served us was polite friendly and helpful and very professional
Went to pick up a phone bought through Carphone Warehouse, told that there has to be a member of CW staff in store in order to give me the phone. Wasted journey, now have to come back and hope there’s a CW staff member in store to give me something I’ve paid for and went to collect during the store’s opening hours. What a stupid a system.
