Purchased a laptop from this store 7 days ago, was told would be 3-5 days as did not have in store. I was told by Azreal that she would contact me once arrived and also to book in my Microsoft etc install. 5 days later nothing, I called the 03445 number. I was told laptop had arrived in store 2 days prior but they could not get hold of store to arrange install. They advise they would send the store an email and the store would call me within 48hrs max to arrange collection and install. Needless to say 48hours has now passed and nothing. Customers should not need to chase. The public pay your wages so do your job.This store needs to get a grip and treat customers with respect and courtesy. A full refund will be in order and I will go elsewhere. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Called in to The Currys store at Braehead Retail Park in Glasgow to purchase a washing machine and several other home appliances, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the store’s layout and the wide range of products on display.

The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and approachable. I was greeted promptly and offered assistance without feeling pressured. The sales team provided detailed information about various washing machines and other appliances, highlighting the features and benefits of each one.

Provided a very attractive price and offer with the purchase and insurance. Really recommended

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I would give 0 stars if I could. The service in this store is horrendous. I came to buy a Nintendo switch for my kids birthday. No one wanted to even look at me, let alone speak to me. I hung around for abit. Asked someone for help, he said he’s a merchandiser and doesn’t talk to customers. Spoke to someone on another department who said go and wait in the gaming section. Waited for about 10minutes and the guy at the gaming section didn’t even look my way, pretending to be busy on the computer. Went to Smyths Superstore instead, great service and bought the console with no issues. Avoid this place like the plague.
