Absolutely shocking service, just moved into a new home and ordered a freezer, given a delivery date, waited in for over 4 hours yesterday, no calls or texts. So I called the customer service team, who asked the driver to call me as he was still on route. I spoke to the driver, and he told me sorry, love, no delivery today been stuck in traffic behind 3 hours so going back to depot now as I’m going home. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I asked if he could deliver first in the morning, he told me no, and the call ended. It’s absolutely shocking. I spoke to the customer service team again, complete waste of time, so unhelpful just kept telling me not there problem. Landed up having to raise complaint as getting nowhere. Nobody has called me from this team yet. Then I got a missed called from a mobile and tried ringing it back only for it to go straight to voicemail. Then this morning, I get a text message at 7am. saying delivery will be tomorrow. Tried calling to discuss this as not acceptable they could deliver today as I’m home on AL they didn’t want to know weren’t even willing to call the depot and ask if they could fit me in. Just kept apologising, which is now becoming rather annoying, to say the least. Was told to just wait. It’s an absolutely shocking service. I was told that if I don’t like it to go back to the store and cancel, how is this helpful. Then they had the damm check to ask me 4 times to complete a survey about the service received. Are they joking…. So I have no freezer and wasted so.many hours waiting in and on phone calls

I love this place. It’s a great example of a good shop it’s huge it’s got everything you need and the staff are 9 out of 10 friendly and helpful. there’s a Carphone Warehouse for any mobile phone contracts questions accessories. They have a huge stock of everything you can think of ranging from televisions and soundbars right through to household appliances. Great to just have a browse but also fantastic if you have an actual purchase in mind I need to find something specific. They’re pretty easy with with discounts and they will price match and also they will honour online deals as well.

I’ve always enjoyed my visits and I cannot recall one which has been negative. If you are looking for a place to go with a great selection and some great staff then this is the place to go. Do your own research a little bit in advance so you know what you talking about I know what you need to know and then you can help guide the staff so that you get the actual advice you want.

I went into store today to look for an integrated fridge freezer & integrated dishwasher. Woman initially asked if could help me & then after throwing some details at me too fast for me to note down, she lost interest as I wanted to see some examples of the products & they didn’t have them all in store. I said I could also get rid of the cupboards for integrated & buy freestanding; she told me there wouldn’t be enough space (there is as I’d already measured it, plus she had no idea of my kitchen dimensions). She then walked away instead of showing me examples of the branded products & going through options. I looked at other options in store myself, but won’t now be ordering from Curry’s after such poor customer service.
