Went into Bournemouth store in January as my son was struggling to install his new CPU. Received brilliant service from Glen and Peter. Very helpful in their knowledge and explaining what was needed. Ended up also replacing the motherboard. Great service in store cannot fault. However the online customer service not so great, I had to keep making contact to find out the progress of the installation. After no contact went back into the store to find the PC had been returned. Again received great service from Glen and his team.
They do not have a good business model. They should have a wider range of products that can be seen and used so the customers can see them and try them. If they are not in stock they can order them there. For example they have many dehumidifiers on line but only one expensive one in store. I wanted to see other different ones. I ended up buying one in Robert Dyas. Your loss!
Very helpful, friendly, and helpful staff. Went in to purchase a replacement tv. Needed one compatible with both xbox and ps5. Very patient with my questions and explained everything that I needed to know. For a smallish fee, they arranged for installation and took away the old set. Couldn’t deliver that day, but did the following day.
