I went for a tumble dryer, and explained to the assistant i wanted a heat pump one for energy efficiency and a big drum for quilts and covers, she found a condenser dryer with a big drum ,so I settled for a candy,it rolls the bedding into a ball even when I put it on its own ,it is not fit for purpose, I went to the shop the next day , the woman behind the counter was very nice but I was told they could send an engineer out and if the machine was OK, I would have to pay PS100,
Because I hadn’t taken out the payment protection,I wanted to exchange it for a one that could do the job it was bought to do ,
So much for taking their advice.
I’m 70 disabled i have bought all mine and some of my family’s electric goods there, in disgusted,

Needed a new cooker. Currys right on my doorstep. Very helpful staff member directed me to what I wanted. Very informative and friendly. Took time to explain payment plan insurance delivery etc. I suffer with sore legs after a bout of illness. A chair which he went to other side of store to fetch for me. Very easy to find and lots of parking. Shares same row of shops with Dunelm shoezone and tkmax. Assessable access to store.

Been to cramlington Currys just now. Waited forever to try and get a washer on but now pay 6months.not the salesman fault it was the company called creation they are very slow and bad.ivended up paying for the washer outright sick of waiting.i was there over an hour.manager or assistant manager not available to complain to.
