Came here today 13:40-14:00 16th May 2024. I had planned on lstening to then purchasing a sound bar. I went to the area where they are displayed to be ignored. I was 1 of 3 customers in the shop with 5 staff I could see including 2 outside who were smoking vapes on my arrival. I made it very obvious I was looking for assistance but was still ignored. This mega poor customer service is more the norm than the exception. I will go to Richer Sounds where knowledge and help is considerably greater, and purchase what I want there.
Update went to Richer Sounds Lichfield the next day and purchased a soundbar, attentive knowledgeable staff made parting with money less painful.
Was looking at laptops. My lad wants one for playing games on when he’s not glued to his pc… he wants one that can run fortnite so I was doing my checks to see which ones would run the game to have a an “expert” come tell me that none of the laptops in there would run it lol
I found out that 4 of them would in fact run the game and even showed him the specs.
I build gaming pcs so I do know what to look for. Just think it’s a bit unprofessional to talk om things you clearly know nothing about…. just my opinion on it.

Went in today to purchase a shark cordless vacum ,I was 1 of 2 customers in the shop, 4 staff having a chat and laugh by the door, and several behind the till.
I made it obvious by lifting the vacuum off the shelf pushing it along the floor that I was interested in the product. Still no acknowledgement from the staff , so I decided that I would take my business elsewhere as the staff did not seem interested at all and lost a sales of PS250
