I visited Currys Littlehampton, last week to purchase a Hoover as an early Christmas present. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jack, one of the salesmen. He went above and beyond to assist me. First, he checked for stock availability, and then he reviewed my account, looking at all my previous purchases. To my surprise, he discovered that the TV I had bought nearly 5 years ago was covered by an added warranty. The TV’s picture had stopped working last March, and it had been sitting in a box ever since.

Jack’s attention to detail and customer service skills were exceptional. He not only identified the warranty coverage but also made sure I felt well taken care of. Leaving the store, I felt genuinely happy and appreciated. I wish that Jack’s level of service could be replicated in my local store.

When I returned on Saturday to book the TV for repair or replacement, Jack was busy. However, he ensured that I was still a priority by arranging for his colleague, Matt, to assist me. Matt completed the paperwork, ensuring a seamless process.

Overall, my experience at Currys was excellent, thanks to Jack and Matt. Their dedication to customer satisfaction sets a high standard, and I hope more stores follow their lead! 12

The store near Littlehampton had more items of choice than the Chi branch. Staff member called Jack was on the ball and more than helpful. Went out of his way to answer every query. Such a professional. Currys…… always a go to for the electrical goods. Competitive pricewise too.

I went to Curry’s in Littlehampton and Chichester to track down a printer for a friend. The staff in both stores couldn’t have been more helpful. Such a joy not to be patronised because of my age. We’ll done to all.
