It is a large electronics store with a large range of products. I have purchased several products from here and I am satisfied.

Recently though, I went to see the S23 Ultra phone with the intention of buying it. When I wanted to take it in my hand, I found that it was fixed. I called for help from a seller-consultant as if I wanted to test the camera, but she said that she can’t do anything because it is fixed.

What’s the point of having the phone on display and the customer can’t test it?

Obviously I left there without my phone and with a bitter taste. Very disappointed. I think I don’t go to them anymore.

P.S. I then purchased the phone directly from Samsung and wrote this review from it.

Products available are what it says on the tin. Customer service is rock bottom. . Convenient large free car park. Full of cars of parents from Burlington school. I run into this place, receive online orders, and get out ASAP. Not a place to enjoy spending time in, purely functional. When it first opened, the staff they had where welcoming, helpful, friendly. There were interactive gadgets. It was a pleasant experience to shop here. Now it doesn’t tick any of those boxes. Shopping shpuld be fun. Not functional. Disappointing.

Stefan was a great help although I knew that I wanted a 32inch tv with Freeview. He let me look at larger options and knew what was what with ordering, delivery etc. I did feel a little rushed.
Absolute pain when it came to him finding an order tablet that was working then having to walk from one side of the store to the other to pay and then back again to order and pay for delivery due to a shortage of tills.GET YOUR TECH SORTED !
