Went in to buy some new computer accessories and when I found something I wanted but not in the right colour, I took it the desk and asked if they had it in black. Lady on the till replied “how should I know?” I remained in silence out of shock at her rudeness… She then sent me to stand under a Q sign and wait to be attended to by someone else, during my 10min wait, the floor staff were gathered in groups around individual customers looking at massive TVs while the tannoy proudly announced that they were “particularly busy today”. My simple question finally resulted in having to drive home and order it online anyway, huge waste of time and lack of customer service.

Wanted a new computer and printer, Need excel and was told needed new subscription as did not have family annual subscription but only personal. Not true personal subscription is for up to 5 devices, as stated on the poster in store. Then wanted to buy some computer in so went to checkout with relevant code where I was given the wrong ink. Took ages to get help. Staff chatting and hanging around. No wonder store loosing out to internet!

They’ve got a whole lot of electronics down here, but I’m not sure they’ve got the best prices. I enjoyed the experience, though, of looking around and seeing all the items they have for sale. They do have deals that you can watch if you’re not in a hurry to buy. I wouldn’t buy at regular price in any case.

I increased my review score because customer service is great, especially when it’s not crowded.
