I have not come across a store this bad in a while, I’m genuinely really lost for words.

Keeping in mind my trip here wasn’t the shortest. I found the store to be an absolute nightmare.

Display boxes all over the place

Display Keyboards have half of the keys missing. I kept finding kissing Keyboard caps on the shelves and the floor

Headphones were torn up and looked really used. Plus the music to test the headphones didn’t even work

A layer of dust on some items

Not all staff members but most staff members were genuinely really terrible to get information about a product from.

Not a lot of stock in the first place

They had a good selection of brands which was nice…but unfortunately most price labels were either gone completely or showed the wrong price.

In all honesty if I could give the store less than a one star I would, due to the general fact that the impression the store gave off was very very poor. I highly regret my visit. Not only that but I got charged more for the product I bought then advertised on the shelf because the price ticket was displayed wrong.

Rarely give out reviews especially bad ones but this needs to be made aware to someone

Very mixed feelings about this place. Whenever I go there no very few staff to look after customers. End up waiting very long till someone comes to attend. On my last purchase due to this lag I ended wasting 2 hours and 15 min . And guess what got a fine letter from parking as max stay was 2 hours only . Took that letter back to curry’s they cancelled it . Looks like it’s very common . Staff was very helpful. So in short :
– Good selection of products
– Less staff.
– Some staff are really helpful.
– Be aware of parking time limit max 2 hour stay.

Went ready to buy a product and asked one of the staff to check if they had it on display / in stock. He was very reluctant to help and upon insisting simply pointed saying “it’s somewhere at the front”. He didn’t bother to even ask what I was looking for!

Currys – you are already competing in a very tough market with the likes of Amazon. Atleast have top notch customer service in store to hold on to the small amount of customers who choose to buy from you.

Never going here again and once again reinforces my opinion about this store.
