Staff is not helpful at all – stood there for 20 min asking for help, staff that attended was not informed about the TVs.

Selection of TVs in store is very limited, models are all over the place and again nobody to help and advise

Advice to management:
– train your staff to attend customers
– train them to provide courtesy and relevant information about products and their alternatives
– know what service they can provide
– have someone in the store checking that all customers are attended, else it is just chaos
– unpack / restock new products outside normal opening hours else it looks as badly planned, disruptive and unprofessional as so much staff is running headless around along customers

I am disappointed and frustrated after today’s visit — I just wanted to leave.

I am not visiting your store at any point in future and today’s impression gives me no assurance that your staff knows what they are selling.

Staff were great as the website was acting up and i couldnt order online to collect and so they sorted it in store (although I did meet one or two who were dismissive but i assumed I caught those ones on an off day) overall i got what I needed done and in a timely manner. Plus disability wise its quite level and there is a lift though there was no disabled parking outside the store. Disabled parking was round the corner but there are usually non disabled spaces outside if you need the additional space for a mobility aid it is an issue.

I want to support physical stores instead of just buying everything off amazon really, I do. I found this item I need on website, saw it’s available to collect, tried to phone to double check if its in, on hold for 10 mins, drove anyway to store to purchase. Two staff there chatting away, less than 10 customers in the whole store. I’m like.. I was just on hold for ten minutes!? Then they told me nope, it’s not in stock! No apology, just a shrug. I mean what is the point? Wasted journey. Total waste of time.
