The customer service is absolutely rubbish! I came to buy a phone I had previously chosen, but there was no one in the department. A few employees were hanging around but didn’t seem to notice me. After waiting for almost half an hour, I approached one of the employees and asked if anyone is working there. He said he would send someone to me right away. After another 5 minutes, someone finally showed up to quickly tell me that they don’t have that model in stock and they have to order it, even though it was listed for sale… I could have ordered it online without wasting so much time.

Came in, waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.
Placed an order in April and they had to resent one as the first got lost on Royal mail way. The second order should have been delivered last Monday. They said I have to call customer service and they sent me away. So instead of 3-4 working days it’s almost a month and my order is nowhere to be found.
It was an awful experience and nobody helped me there. I am disappointed. Please update them with customer service training. This is just very amateur and unprofessional attitude towards customers.

The staff who work here should be ashamed of themselves for their shameful returns policy. They do not accept returns for items that have been open even though they were returned in a resellable state and returned the same day of purchase. This is completely against consumer law and they are willing to loose longterm customers for their short sighted approach. Be aware when using this store that they will not be there to support you if the product you purchase does not suit your needs.
Stay clear of this store!!!!!!
